The J-COLLABO Artist Membership provides a platform for artists to showcase their work in Brooklyn (New York) or Japan. Regardless of their career stage, artists, performers, and designers from any genre are welcome to apply. Through exhibitions and collaborations, we aim to create connections that transcend borders and foster growth among artists.

J-EXPO
Since 2008, J-EXPO has hosted 13 online exhibitions showcasing artworks inspired by Japanese aesthetics and spirituality. In 2025, it will be held bi-monthly from June to December, featuring themed submissions and online workshops with expert guests.
In December, J-EXPO will merge with our annual art exhibition, bringing selected works from previous editions to a physical showcase at OSSAM Gallery.
Top artists will earn opportunities for solo exhibitions, residencies, and group shows in the following year.
"Art in Life” Exhibition
The "Art in Life" exhibition (AIL) is a project designed to support the creative activities of artists and contribute to society. Artists’ works are printed on T-shirts for exhibition and sale, with 10% of the sales revenue returned to the artists and an additional 10% donated to charitable organizations.

Get your very own dedicated gallery page, showcasing up to 10 of your best works. Paired with our online portfolio feature, this offers a powerful opportunity to amplify your visibility and connect your art with a broader audience worldwide."
Display and Sale at BBFL
Showcase and sell your artwork in the café area on the first floor of Brooklyn Beauty/Fashion Labo (BBFL), co-managed by J-COLLABO.org. Artists can exhibit and sell one piece of work, (approximately 11.2 x 17.1 inches). If your piece is sold, the proceeds will be split equally: 50% will go to J-COLLABO, and 50% will be returned to the artist. Take advantage of this unique chance to present your creativity in a vibrant community space!
